Commitments and Actions
Our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging is reflected in the actions we take. And we hold ourselves accountable for the results and impact, not just the activity. Here are some of the ways we are living this commitment every day.
Our team is always exploring job sites to find candidates from diverse backgrounds. We train our recruiters to connect with people from all walks of life and partner with organizations committed to fostering diversity. We track diversity in our candidate pool and use benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
The DEI&B Council is formed by senior leaders from across the organization and it's chaired by the President of ManpowerGroup North America. The council serves as an advisory and advocacy body to help drive ManpowerGroup's DEI&B strategy.
Our six Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are instrumental in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and empower our employees to make meaningful contributions to our organization. These BRGs serve as vibrant communities composed of employees who come from a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Their primary mission is to facilitate the exchange of insights and experiences, champion multicultural understanding, foster a stronger sense of belonging and expand opportunities for professional development and career growth.
The BRGs extend our reach and impact beyond the confines of our organization by forging strategic partnerships and alliances with professional associations and community organizations that align to our mission of creating meaningful and sustainable employment.
We evaluate our people policies and practices regularly to ensure the impact is equitable and fair for all employees. This includes reviews to our benefits, pay practices, learning and development and talent management.
We offer a suite of learning programs and experiences to define and reinforce a culture of inclusion and belonging where every employee can bring their whole self to work and feel connected, valued and respected.
ManpowerGroup invests in communities through financial donations, volunteerism and the contribution of in-kind goods and services. We are guided in our efforts by three pillars:
