Commitments and Actions

Our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging is reflected in the actions we take. And we hold ourselves accountable for the results and impact, not just the activity. Here are some of the ways we are living this commitment every day.

Valuing diverse perspectives is core to our business. We view diversity as a strategic enabler of our business success, creating opportunities for growth and access to better careers and lives for people from all backgrounds and circumstances.

Our Resource Groups (BRGs) support business objectives by leveraging the diverse insights and talents of members to drive initiatives. BRGs

are an inclusive network of employees who voluntarily work together to leverage and share personal knowledge and experiences to enhance professional

growth while promoting multicultural understanding and a stronger sense of community within our organization through networking, mentoring, and

special initiatives. We have six BRGs that are open to all employees, welcoming everyone to join to learn and find community.

We evaluate our people policies and practices regularly to ensure the impact is equitable and fair for all employees. This includes reviews to our benefits, pay practices, learning and development and talent management.

We offer a suite of learning programs and experiences that strengthens our culture of belonging where every employee can bring their whole self to work and feel connected, valued and respected.

ManpowerGroup is committed to removing barriers to employment and advancement in the communities where we live, work, and play. We invest in the community through financial donations, volunteerism and the contribution of in-kind goods and services.
