About Me
Anna is a Search Consultant at Manpower for the Perm Team in the West Region. Her journey at ManpowerGroup started as a Talent Acquisition Partner Talent Solutions RPO in Germany in April 2022. She was handling their biggest account, a global leader in wind energy in their international end-to-end recruitment processes in Northern & Central Europe. She has completed her Hogan certification to conduct and interpret personality assessments to identify the most qualified talent. In March of 2023, she started as a Search Consultant for the Perm Team for the West Territory. She has successfully placed Crane Technicians for a major player in the Lifting Industry and a General Manager for a flourishing retail store. Focusing on Skilled Technical roles, she is passionate about recruitment creating a bridge between businesses and qualified talent. She gets the privilege of meeting interesting, different personalities from different geographies with various backgrounds. She enjoys talking to candidates and together explore their career aspirations while helping clients to fulfill their goals by helping them build a strong team. Anna enjoys connecting with colleagues/friends exchanging ideas. On weekends Anna loves hitting the hiking trails in her new home of choice, Tucson Arizona, with her Mini Aussie Fynn and her husband Michael.
