JP, Direct Placement Manager for the West Region, is fueled by his passion in helping professionals find the right career opportunity and in fulfilling his clients' hiring needs.  He is a REP Certified Recruiter thru Manpower, holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and brings over a decade of experience within talent acquisition and recruiting management supporting Fortune 500 companies.  JP specializes in matching candidates in the areas of Sales/Business Development, Supply Chain/Procurement, Human Resource, Construction, Finance and Accounting, Skilled Technical, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.  JP started his career as a Sourcing Associate and has proven expertise in various sourcing strategies and fully understands end-to-end talent management.  Recently, he received ManpowerGroup's prestigious "Circle of Stars" award and was recognized in Riviera Maya, Mexico and Maui, Hawaii. JP enjoys traveling, trying out new cuisines, and working out in his spare time.​
