Valerie has over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Management. She spent 10 years heading a private HR consulting practice focusing on talent acquisition and the use of talent assessment instruments. Valerie’s career focus has always been about guiding workers as they grow their careers. By uncovering an individual’s ability and potential, talent acquisition professionals can be instrumental in helping people attain successful and meaningful work lives. Valerie currently works with the Manpower Mypath team which offers support and tools to associates that support this mission. In 2011 she joined ManpowerGroup Solutions RPO as a Talent Acquisition Partner, guiding client managers through the final interview and selection process to make non-biased and well reasoned hiring decisions and working to create outcomes for the selection of high performing teams. In 2015 Val joined the MGS RPO consulting team, bringing her experience in assessments and the use of assessment instruments to RPO and our partners. Valerie has a MS in Global HR Management from the University of Denver.
