Every year, the Everest Group research firm performs its PEAK Matrix® Assessment to evaluate U.S.-based contingent staffing providers’ market success, vision, and delivery capabilities. This year’s assessment reviewed the ability of 28 companies to deliver services through vision and strategy, the scope of services offered, innovation and investments, and delivery footprint.

This PEAK Matrix report examines the dynamics of the contingent staffing provider landscape in the U.S. and its impact on the U.S. contingent staffing market in 2023. It provides a market overview and analyzes areas where providers have differentiated themselves. Based on our comprehensive Everest Group PEAK Matrix evaluation, they evaluate contingent staffing providers and segment them into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants. Those recognized as Leaders, like Manpower, have performed significantly better than others in most dimensions (most notably vision and capability) and in creating market impact.  

 

The title of Star Performer is awarded to providers with the maximum number of top-quartile performance improvements across these evaluation parameters and at least one area of top-quartile improvement performance in both market success and capability advancement.
