CAT technology empowers professional linguists by providing instant access to databases of previously translated, gold-standard bilingual content that leverages existing validated text stored in translation memories (TM) or specific terms in term bases (TB) — accelerating linguist output while improving consistency. MGPS also builds and maintains TMs and TBs to enhance our customers’ return on investment.

Our PEMT models integrate the best of modern machine translation (MT) technology with expert human multilingual talent. We create scalable, adaptive and repeatable workflows, yielding high-volume translation output and accommodating diverse content objects - text, graphics, images and more.
Speech-to-Text
MGPS implements an AI-driven approach to perform automated human speech recognition and automatic conversion to text. Transcription technologies offer cost-effective conversion of content from multilingual audio, video, or live speech to text. We train human speech AI models for continuous quality improvement, reducing the level of human engagement required to make corrections, depending on the final product quality needed. MGPS supplements the raw machine output with metadata enrichment services.
Post-Edited Speech-to-Text
PEStT combines the speed and efficiency of StT automation with human steps to enhance product quality. PEStT can be combined with other automation such as MT or PEMT to further automate language processing. PEStT automation offers alternatives to human-intensive transcription protocols. We design PEStT solutions that address our customers’ specific needs - whether for “information-only” output of an audio/video recording or a high-quality deliverable with reliably accurate content.
Optical Character Recognition / Digitization
Using the latest OCR technology available, MGPS performs AI-enabled digitization of text in flat-image documents (pictures, scans, legacy PDFs, etc.). These image-to-live-text conversion tools are available in over 120 languages. Digitizing content has many applications from creating electronic records to building digital content that can be used for machine learning and model training.

Training
MGPS provides human language technology training services for customers that opt to implement HLT solutions internally instead of outsourcing these services. We also provide custom training courses for customer-MGPS integrated workflows to provide seamless interoperability between MGPS and customer tasks.
